About Rhea
Rhea Shroff Ekhlas is very passionate about nutrition and fitness. She was an athlete in her school days and still keeps an extremely active lifestyle. Through her own journey, she realized that nutrition is as important (if not more) when it comes to achieving health, fitness & weight goals as being active.
Rhea has experimented a lot with different eating patterns - low-carb, keto, vegan, intermittent fasting, high-carb etc. In trying so many ways of eating, she realized that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to nutrition. She has a deep interest in understanding the relationship between diet, health and fitness and how we can change the quality of our lives by changing the quality of the food we eat.

Rhea shares her love for nutrition on Youtube (The Diet Channel & The Diet Channel (Hindi)), where she posts videos from time-to-time. She also posts follow-along home workout videos and programs on her fitness Youtube channels (Body Fit TV & Body Fit TV (Hindi)). She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Cinematic Arts and a M.Sc. in Social Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Souther California (USC) in Los Angeles.
